Shipping of Pro Tone Pedals
Global shipping is available for all products.
All of our products are 100% hand crafted and as such will be delivered within 10-15 business days from order placement. Orders ship Monday through Thursday. We ship Exclusively via USPS for all orders.
Returns
All items purchased from authorized Pro Tone Pedals Dealers are subject to the Dealer’s terms and conditions for returns and cannot be returned directly to Pro Tone Pedals.
Any item(s) purchased directly from ProTonePedals.com can be returned for refund under the circumstances that you return the item in perfect mechanical, functional, and cosmetic condition within 72 hours of receiving the item(s). Upon receiving the returned item, Pro Tone Pedals will inspect and test the item to verify it is in “new” condition, and in perfect working order. Upon the item(s) passing inspection, we will issue a refund or contact you with any questions/concerns.
Pro Tone Pedals retains the right to charge a re-stocking fee on returned items that were shipped back to us within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) BUT that were found to be in less than new condition either functionally, mechanically, or cosmetically. Any item(s) received and kept for more than 72 hours are automatically deemed non-refundable and will not be accepted for return even if found to be in “new” condition and perfect working order.
Warranty on Pro Tone Pedals
Our pedals carry a Limited 5 Year Warranty within the USA for ANY problem related to the function or operation of that pedal due to faulty parts and/or other internal problem. Pro Tone Pedals sold outside of the USA carry a 1 year Limited Warranty. We do not cover things such as broken knobs, pots and jacks due to abuse or blown circuit boards due to improper power supply usage.
We build them to last but there are limits.
SIGNATURE & LIMITED EDITION MODEL CANCELLATION & RETURN FEES-
You have 48 hours to cancel an order. After 48 hours, the sale is final and will fulfill the order by the estimated ship date.
Due to the increased administrative costs involved with signature and limited edition models they are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.
AESTHETICS
Please keep in mind that 100% of our products are built and finished by hand, as such there may be inconsistencies, color variations and or grain variations in the finish/aluminum and other naturally occurring imperfections. We try our best to keep the quality of our products high, and if we feel any of these inconsistencies are too extensive, the unit will be sold as a blemished model.
