Returns & Exchanges

For product exchange- Product must be returned in the original like new condition, within 14 days. Buyer will be billed or reimbursed any difference in product purchase price. Buyer will also be responsible for paying all shipping and handling fees (including the cost of shipping the new pedal) plus a $5 restock fee. Exchange policy pertains to pedals purchased directly from the Pro Tone Pedals web site only.

For Product Return- Product must be returned in the original, like new condition, within 10 days. Buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling fees. Restocking fees may be applied if the unit is no longer in ‘Like New’ condition. Return policy pertains to pedals purchased directly from the Pro Tone Pedals web site only, excluding those purchased as ‘blems’. ‘Blem’ models are eligible for exchanges only.
Please allow 4 weeks for refund processing.

Please keep in mind- these units are built and painted by hand, as such there may be inconsistencies, color variations in the finish and other naturally occurring flaws. We try our best to keep the quality of our products high, and if we feel any of these inconsistencies are too exstensive, the unit will be sold as a blem.
